What our patients have to say

We take great pride in our ability to provide effective, safe and gentle treatment for all patients.
  • I’ve been receiving therapeutic treatment for a lower back injury from Stephanie for approximately 1 year and I’ve experienced significant improvement in that time.  Stephanie is incredibly thorough, skilled, focused and passionate about her vocation.  She consistently addresses any immediate issues of pain I may have whilst also providing strategies to manage the pain at home and better still,  she continues to teach me how to keep pain from occurring in the first instance (repeatedly, thankfully she has the patience of a saint).  Her holistic approach means that I am not only able to incorporate her strategies into any Personal Training or other activities I’m undertaking, but I can also work with her on managing upcoming activities before they occur.   In addition to all that, she’s fabulous to have a chat with.  If all that isn’t testament enough to invest your trust in her, she also has Pushkar, her adorable side-kick with the soul restoration powers of an eensy-weensy Poodle that no human can compete with.

  • Steph is one of the most impressive health practitioners I have experienced in my personal and professional life. Her intellectual and practical grasp of physiology is her strength in my view. She is careful and considered.  I feel safe in her hands.

  • Dr Fardell is an extremely well experienced and competent practitioner.  She quickly identified my issues and attended to them in a sensitive and effective manner. Since being treated I have referred a number of my friends to her and will continue to do so.

  • I saw countless health professionals with no diagnosis or improvement until I saw Stephanie. It wasn’t until then that my pain decreased and I was more readily able to engage in day to day activities.
